Yossi Faybish yfa@swing.be . Ex-Scitex Europe and Ex-Scitex Israel, has recently published a book detailing his long career at scitex. The book, which is available both in digital and in print, is titled: “The Life and Death of a hi-tech Patriot”. (I.e. “A Scitex Patriot”).
The book is available through the digital publisher: 1st books Library (http://www.1stbooks.com/cgi-bin/1st?partner~1st|type~6|Data1~7479) . The book describes life in an organization, Scitex in this case, in a very special way – through the "eyes" of the daily internal communications of this book’s author. Memos can be an extremely dull affair, writing a book based on these can be as interesting as writing a book based on a lifetime’s collection of grocery lists. Well, not quite. Not when they are written with the passion, compassion and fighting spirit these were written with.

Continuing a 10 years tradition, a few of the more sophisticated Scitex (Israel) ladies have been gathering around once a year to reminisce and update each other on where everyone (ex-Scitex) is and to cement their friendships. In the summer of 2001, after Beth, Shelagh and Ronit had left Scitex, the group met and captured the digital moment for ExScite.

The ExScite's in the picture here have been spotted wandering about the ever-shrinking Seybold Conference and Show, Boston, April 2001. Do you recognize the faces (all Ex-STA and Ex-Iris)?
