Job Description:
The position of FSE (Field service engineer) is to serve and support the customer base with HP large format printing equipment, to assist by telephone or on site, to repair and to fix technical breakdowns on machines/products, to provide best solutions to customer technical and production requirements within the HP products specifications. The position also requires the individual to have good communication skills to deal with the outside (HP customers and vendors, HP third party suppliers, HP nominated dealers and resellers) as well as within the company (within epartments), being part of a team to provide and support the team and peers, to carry out the daily reporting tasks and the administration works that is included in the job.

The position requires the individual to be flexible in terms of travel and work times when required, to understand the unpredictability and to be able to adjust to the circumstances. The person should be able to work under pressure and to deliver quality results in his/her workmanship.

Responsibilities
* End to End ownership on Customer Calls
* Continuously improve total customer experience
* Perform Remote Support to customers, availability for remote support full connectivity
* Perform Onsite Installations / Site Preps / Moves / Repair of equipment
* Customer oriented communication
* Cary out own Travel arrangements
* Escalate technical / consumable issues to EMEA Product Specialists
* Control return spares with Logistics and Support Centre
* Minimize Expenses (economic thinking)
* Operator / Application Training
* Adhere to company policies (Standard Business Conduct)

Reporting
* Daily & Timely Report to Support Center
* Technical Reporting to EMEA Product Specialists
* Report on Spare Parts usage
* Report on Installations
* FSR filled, Signed and send to Care Center for each call on time
* Online Oracle Reporting when available

Key Performance Indicators's
* Installation Reporting 100 %
* Field Service Reports completed and sent 100%
* 80 % positive review by customer and peers
* Mean Time To Repair within Quarterly Average
* Limit repeat calls visits to customer sites
